The mAnagr.com Returns Policy
Delivery Charges
We may pass on the charges levied by our suppliers for delivery of goods to our customers. If your order is substantial we will usually absorb these charges. An indication of the levels of such charges follows:

Delivery Service
We aim to deliver within seven days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.
Having ordered and paid for your goods, mAnagr.com will send you by email an Order Confirmation. Please check this thoroughly and notify us immediately of any errors. mAnagr.com will make every effort to minimise the cost to you of rectifying such errors but can take no responsibility if the order has already been progressed.
mAnagr.com makes every effort to ensure that delivery is within the timeframes stated on the order confirmation. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible should we feel that circumstances beyond our control may result in a delayed delivery.
Returns Policy
We at mAnagr.com endeavour to ensure that your goods are delivered to you in perfect condition and as per your order. However, mistakes can occur and, should you receive incorrect or faulty goods, please ring us immediately on +44 (0)7917 871320 so that we can give you a returns number and make the necessary arrangements to provide a refund or to replace the goods. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN GOODS WITHOUT SPEAKING TO US FIRST.
If you receive goods that are either incorrect or faulty and you call us within 7 days of receipt, then you will be able to return them for a full refund or replacement subject to our standard terms (see below).
N.B. Goods that have been printed on or customised in any way can be accepted for neither refund nor replacement unless they are faulty. mAnagr.com can take no responsibility for goods incorrectly supplied which are then customised nor for goods incorrectly customised by sources other than mAnagr.com and its agents.
If you order the wrong size and we have delivered to your order, we will offer a refund or replacement subject to our standard terms (see below) however this will incur an administration fee of 20% of the value of the returned goods and a redelivery charge.
Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will incur an administration charge of 15% of the total order value to cover our costs. Obviously this charge would not be levied if we are unable to deliver the correct goods within our stated delivery periods. We will refund the relevant cost of your cancelled goods only when they have been received by us subject to our standard terms (see below).
Standard Terms
To qualify for refund or replacement, the following conditions MUST be met:
- returns must be notified to us as above within 7 days of receipt
- returned goods must be accompanied by an authorised returns number
- returned goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt
- returned goods must be unused, in good condition (i.e. able to be resold) and in their original packaging
- Goods that have been printed on or customised in any way can be accepted for neither refund nor replacement unless they are faulty.
Governing Law
Once mAnagr.com has accepted your order by confirming it with you via email, the contract entered will be deemed to have been concluded in England and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with English Law and both you and the Company submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
